Wealth consultant enters legal services market

first_imgA Luxembourg based global wealth consultancy is to enter the UK legal services market by buying a stake in a legal firm newly licensed as an alternative business structure by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Oracle Capital Group said today it is setting up a legal department to enable it to offer ‘legal advisory services to support its international client base, many of whom are entrepreneurs and business owners conducting transactions in, or relocating to, the UK’.The division will be led by Yuliya Andresyuk (pictured) of London firm Y and G Legal.  Andresyuk said it would provide advice in four key areas: corporate and M&A; debt financing; intellectual property protection and corporate immigration. Andresyuk said that the tie-up with Oracle would bring advantages to both parties: ‘It allows us to tap in to their pool of clients and the sale of shares will give us a financial injection.’ Y and G Legal applied for ABS status in February.  Andresyuk said the process was straightforward: ‘We only had one or two clarifications to make.’Oracle Capital Group was founded in 2002 and headquartered in Luxembourg. It claims to provide ‘comprehensive, tailored and confidential services for high-net-worth individuals and their families’ and has offices in offices London, Geneva, Nassau, Moscow, Almaty and Limassol. Chairman Martin Graham said: ‘We are thrilled to further expand our offering by adding legal advisory services which will be highly in demand from our international client base who require expert guidance when navigating the UK judicial system.’last_img read more

Graham Rahal will wear an Ohio State themed helmet at the Honda Indy 200

first_imgColumbus, Ohio native and IndyCar racer Graham Rahal will be easy to spot during this Sunday’s Honda Indy 200, because he’ll be wearing a replica of the Ohio State helmet that looks pretty close to what the Buckeyes will be wearing on Saturdays. The helmet @GrahamRahal will wear @Mid_Ohio this weekend. Great lid or THE GREATEST lid?— Jerod Smalley (@JerodNBC4) July 30, 2015Via The Columbus Dispatch:“I had this concept that, with Ohio State having won the national championship and us being in the championship battle here, it would be fun to come home and do something I haven’t done before,” Rahal said. “This thing, it is very accurate.”Rahal moved from Columbus to Indianapolis a few years ago, but told the Dispatch he’s still a huge Ohio State fan and misses his hometown.“Wearing this helmet is definitely the closest I’ll ever get to wearing a real Ohio State helmet,” Rahal said. “But anyone who knows me knows I am very proud to be from Columbus. I miss home all the time, really.”With just three races left in the season, Rahal currently sits in second place and is just 42 points behind Juan Pablo Montoya. Maybe Rahal’s new headgear will give him that extra edge he needs to win his first IndyCar series title, but more than likely it just gives him the flashiest look on the racetrack.(Thanks Big Ten Network for sharing)last_img read more

‘Set of factors’ can contribute for Wolves signing, could ‘impose himself…

first_imgAfter Pepe parted ways with Besiktas, it was simply inevitable that he would be linked to several other clubs in the coming days. The gossip has already started, and one of the sides are Wolverhampton Wanderers, who according to the Turkish press could have the assistance of Jorge Mendes to land the defender. The Portuguese media covers it today, and really likes the idea. Newspaper O Jogo, for example, give an almost entire page for the rumour. What O Jogo likes so much about the story is that Pepe would have at Wolverhampton ‘a set of factors that can contribute to his growth’.Embed from Getty ImagesPepe has been managed by Nuno Espírito Santo at Porto, and is a teammate of Rui Patrício, João Moutinho and Ruben Neves in the Portuguese national team. There are also other Portuguese players who would make help easily adapt to the club.O Jogo writes that Pep could ‘impose himself with reasonable ease’ in a three defender system, which would suit him well at the age of 35.Regarding Wolves’ competition, O Jogo mentions invites from China, the Middles East and a campaign from Corinthians fans who want him at the club. So in Europe, the Molineux side is all Pepe would get for now. This sounds like a hope of the Portuguese Taboolaby TaboolaSponsored LinksSponsored LinksPromoted LinksPromoted LinksTrending TodayForge of Empires – Free Online GameIf You Like to Play, this Game is a Must-HaveForge of Empires – Free Online GameUndoRaid: Shadow Legends | Free DownloadEven Non-Gamers Are Obsessed With This RPG Game (It’s Worth Installing!)Raid: Shadow Legends | Free DownloadUndoKeto减肥1個簡單的妙招一夜「融化」腹部贅肉(今晚試試)Keto减肥UndoCNBC InternationalHere’s How Big Businesses in Singapore Are Managing the Impact of COVID-19.CNBC InternationalUndoPerfect-Dating.comReveal Tung Chung As The Best City to Date for Love & RomancePerfect-Dating.comUndoDating.comWhere do attractive singles meet in Tung Chung?Dating.comUndoCoworking Space | Search AdsThe cost of shared office in Hong Kong might surprise youCoworking Space | Search AdsUndoTheTopFiveVPNEnjoy Netflix Now Without Any RestrictionsTheTopFiveVPNUndo熱門話題小心會長過頭…網友推爆:「真的長得超誇張!」熱門話題Undolast_img read more
