The University of Louisville women’s swim team will send 11 swimmers  to the finals tonight at the 2019 ACC Swimming and Diving Championships  after Thursday morning’s preliminaries at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. In the 500 freestyle, Mallory Comerford turned in a 4:42.25 to make the A-final this evening where she will be seeded fifth.  In the B-Final, the Cardinals will be represented by Sophie Cattermole, who will be seeded 12th overall after posting a 4:45.  In the C-Final, freshman Alena Kraus will have the second fastest qualifying time in that heat with a 4:47.35 and Arina Openysheva was 23rd overall with a 4:49.97.last_img
